THE OPPORTUNITY As a Freight Sales Representative, you’ll focus on identifying potential customers, developing shipper relationships, and bringing new freight opportunities to Valiant. Whether you have experience in logistics or a strong background in sales, we’re looking for individuals with the ambition, professionalism, and drive to succeed. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Sales experience preferred; freight or logistics experience is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to prospect, cold call, and develop new shipper accounts Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Professional, dependable, and customer-focused Desire to grow with a developing company Existing industry connections are a plus, but not required COMPENSATION 30% Commission on Gross Profit Earn 30% of the gross profit generated from customers you bring to Valiant Uncapped earning potential — the more business you generate, the more you can earn Opportunity to earn ongoing commissions from established customer relationships, subject to the compensation agreement Additional growth opportunities as Valiant expands GROW WITH VALIANT We’re building Valiant around relationships, accountability, and long-term growth.
