Freight Sales Executive (Remote US)

We are adding a freight sales executive who already has shippers to move, or a proven record of winning them. What you will do Move your shippers' LTL and truckload freight through our network. Win new shipper accounts and grow the ones you have. Quote with our instant LTL tool, with our operations desk behind you. Review your pipeline with a founder every week. We coach on pricing, quoting and closing. What you get The GlobalTranz network: 75+ LTL carriers and 45,000+ truckload carriers (GlobalTranz By The Numbers, January 2025). Credit, invoicing and collections run by the network. You never chase a payment. Instant LTL quotes and automated quote follow-up for your shippers. An operations desk for carrier coverage, tracking and exceptions. Pay Base salary: $50,000 to $60,000 a year, based on experience and the book you bring. This is a full-time W-2 employee role. Plus commission on every load your shippers move, with a statement for each load. You get two months to bring your book over. We share the commission plan in writing after the first call. You qualify with one of these A portable book. You manage active LTL or truckload shippers who would move freight with you. A proven sales record. You have 2+ years selling freight or logistics, with results you can document, such as margin or revenue against quota. We share leads and help you build your book. We cannot guarantee lead volume. Both paths need No non-compete or non-solicit in force that limits who you can contact. We confirm this in writing before you contact a customer. You live and work in the United States and are authorized to work here. This role is not open to candidates outside the US. All your brokering runs through our network while you are with us.
