What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be the trusted advisor directly guiding enterprise shippers through high-impact transport sourcing events, leveraging advanced analytics and automation to shape how freight moves across global supply chains. Key Exciting Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end consulting for major industry shippers, driving complex transport RFPs/RFIs and tender implementations from planning to execution. Transform customer shipment and rate data into strategic insights using platform analytics and scenario-modeling tools. Deliver interactive, high-value user training and consultative support to ensure seamless customer adoption of our SaaS platform. Partner across international teams, collaborating with sales, product management, and engineering to continuously elevate client outcomes. Essential Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of hands-on logistics or transportation industry experience, ideally supporting carrier or shipper operations. Solid background in RFP processes, transportation bid management, and data-driven analytical problem solving. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel alongside exceptional customer-facing communication skills. Self-motivated work ethic with the ability to manage complex priorities autonomously in a remote setup. Bonus Points For: 5+ years of practical experience in logistics tender management or transport purchasing. Professional proficiency in English plus either Spanish or Portuguese.
