What You'll Do Negotiate rates and book qualified carriers for available shipments. Build and maintain strong relationships with our carrier network. Match shipments with carriers based on their needs and capabilities. Track shipments, communicate updates, and resolve issues as they arise. Partner with sales and customer service teams to keep freight moving efficiently. Manage a book of business while working toward daily and monthly goals. What We're Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities. Comfort using computers, phones, email, and internet-based tools.
