SHARX LOGISTICS Job Description: Freight Forwarding Operations & Pricing Executive Company: SHARX LOGISTICS Job Title: Freight Forwarding Operations & Pricing Executive Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home Working Hours: Flexible About SHARX LOGISTICS SHARX LOGISTICS is looking for an experienced and proactive professional to manage freight forwarding operations and pricing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, vendor negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage shipments while ensuring competitive pricing and smooth operational execution. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations for import and export shipments. Handle pricing activities and prepare competitive freight quotations for clients. Obtain, compare, and negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents. Prepare pricing for air freight, sea freight, and other logistics services as required. Coordinate shipment bookings, documentation, cargo movement, and delivery schedules. Track shipments and resolve operational issues, delays, and customer queries. Coordinate with clients, vendors, customs brokers, and international logistics partners. Maintain updated freight rate sheets, pricing databases, and shipment records. Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities to improve pricing and profitability. Follow up on vendor invoices, freight charges, and shipment-related payments. Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination throughout the shipment lifecycle. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding operations and pricing. Strong understanding of import/export procedures, air freight, sea freight, and logistics documentation. Hands-on experience in freight rate negotiation and quotation preparation. Knowledge of Incoterms and freight cost structures. Proficiency in MS Excel and professional email communication. Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and coordinate effectively in a remote environment. What SHARX LOGISTICS Offers Salary up to ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and expertise.
