Hotline Delivery Systems is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Freight Dispatcher who can coordinate shipments, communicate effectively, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced transportation environment. We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, solves problems quickly, and knows how to keep drivers, customers, and warehouse teams on the same page. WHAT YOU'LL DO Coordinate and dispatch daily freight shipments, pickups, and deliveries. Communicate with drivers, customers, warehouse personnel, and internal teams. Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates. Manage schedules and adjust dispatch plans when delays or unexpected issues arise. Ensure accurate shipment information, paperwork, and system updates. Prioritize loads and help maintain efficient workflow. Troubleshoot transportation issues and find solutions quickly. Maintain professional communication and excellent customer service. Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to meet delivery expectations. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Comfortable using computers and learning transportation management systems. Dependable, proactive, and able to work as part of a team. Previous dispatch, transportation, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.
