Taylor and Taylor Transport LLCFreight Dispatcher Taylor & Taylor Transport LLC Location: Orlando, Florida Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office Pay: $800–$1,500 per week, depending on experience and performance About the Position Taylor & Taylor Transport LLC is looking for an experienced, organized, and results-driven Freight Dispatcher to join our growing team. What You’ll Do Dispatch company trucks and coordinate daily operations. Find and book profitable freight through DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards. Negotiate rates with brokers to maximize revenue. Plan routes and coordinate pickups, deliveries, and appointments. Communicate with drivers and resolve delays or operational issues. Track loads and ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Maintain accurate dispatch records and rate confirmations. Coordinate with fleet, safety, and operations teams. Monitor driver hours of service and support DOT/FMCSA compliance. Build strong relationships with brokers, customers, and drivers. Requirements Minimum 1 year of freight dispatching experience required. Knowledge of dry van freight and U.S. trucking lanes. Experience with DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Organized, dependable, disciplined, and accountable. Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheets. Must be able to work in-office in Orlando, Florida.
