Hotline Delivery is looking for a dependable, motivated Freight Dispatcher to coordinate daily freight operations, communicate with drivers and customers, and keep shipments moving. If you're a natural problem-solver who enjoys a challenge and working as part of a team, we want to hear from you! WHAT YOU'LL DO Coordinate and dispatch on-demand freight shipments. Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal departments. Schedule pickups and deliveries to ensure efficient operations. Monitor shipments and provide updates throughout the delivery process. Respond quickly to changing customer and delivery needs. Troubleshoot delays and resolve unexpected transportation challenges. Maintain accurate shipment information and dispatch records. Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth freight movement. Prioritize shipments and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable working with computers and transportation systems. Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Previous dispatch or transportation experience preferred.
