Freight Coordinator Tradeshow & Exhibits

At 2020 Exhibits, we create custom made exhibits and booth rentals for trade shows and events. We specialize in designing, fabricating, installing and dismantling large- scale custom and rental exhibits, branded corporate interiors, and engaging environments worldwide. 2020 Exhibits is looking for a full-time Freight Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipments until they reach their destination. M-F / 8am-5pm/OT & Weekends as needed Competitive pay based on experience Responsibilities/Duties: Load and unload trucks Work efficiently in order to meet daily, weekly, projects or team related productivity goals and deadlines Inspect condition of goods received Move goods or interact with handlers ensuring that goods are properly moved and stored in the temporary facility or warehouse Maintain logs, job packing lists, or CPU database on shipments and receipts Ensure goods are properly moved and stored Input all tracking and creating information in company software Interact with Project Manager and Warehouse Manager for any work overflow Assist other departments as needed (wrapping skids, filling out manifest packing list etc.) Follow up and correct discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and order of the receiving area Log all items received in Project accurately Upload PDF files BOL’s and photos to company software Requirements: Reliable transportation Able to work in fast-paced environment Be able push/pull/lift 30-50 lbs. frequently Attention to detail Able to work with limited supervision Forklift certification Available to work OT and weekends if required High School Diploma or GED Possess math and problem solving skills Follow both oral and written directions and instructions Able to work with CPU programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel Understand and abide by all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injuries.
