Freight Broker Sales Representative

What You’ll Do:
• Prospect and develop new direct shipper accounts
• Build long-term relationships with shipping, logistics, transportation, and procurement decision-makers
• Identify recurring lanes and opportunities for ongoing freight
• Conduct approximately 50–75 outbound calls per business day, along with email prospecting and follow-ups

• Maintain strong communication with customers and help grow the accounts you develop
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, logistics, or transportation sales
• An existing book of shipper/customer business is highly recommended
• Candidates with established shipper relationships and an active book of business are strongly preferred
• Proven ability to cold call, prospect, negotiate, and close new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Knowledge of dry van truckload freight is preferred
Compensation:
• 1099 — Commission Only
• 40% of collected Net Gross Profit on eligible business you develop
• No base salary
• Uncapped earning potential
• Commission is paid after the applicable customer invoice is collected
