Who We're Looking For We're hiring two kinds of people: Proven cold-callers and B2B sales reps who want to move into freight - we'll teach you the freight. Experienced freight brokers who already have a book of business to bring and grow. Either way: you can call, you can close, and you own your results. What You'll Do Prospect for new shippers through daily outbound cold calls, email, and referrals Build and work your own pipeline and book of business Quote rates, negotiate, and close new accounts Source and negotiate with carriers to cover your loads Manage shipments from pickup to delivery and solve problems fast Protect your margin and track your activity in the CRM What We're Looking For Confidence and willingness to make outbound sales calls every day Outbound sales, cold calling, or B2B sales experience (freight or 3PL a plus) Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Competitive, results-driven, and accountable An existing book of business is a plus for experienced brokers Compensation First-Year Earning Potential: $30,000 - $250,000 Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission Your earning potential grows as your book grows Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Ongoing training and career advancement Ready to Build Your Future?
