What You’ll Do: As an Operations Associate , you’ll play a key role in keeping freight moving across the country. This is a great role for recent grads or early-career professionals who want to build real business skills in logistics, operations, customer service, and sales. Take freight orders from existing customers Find and contract with trucking carriers Negotiate freight rates Track shipments and handle any issues Build relationships with customers and carriers Generate leads for new business Work closely with an experienced team that’s there to help you learn What We’re Looking For: We’ll teach you the logistics—but we’re looking for the right mindset and work ethic.
