Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. This role involves handling inquiries, processing data entry, and assisting with sales efforts to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty. Must be fluent in English Duties * Getting Shipping rates for our Customers * Scheduling Pickup and Deliveries (Sometime will have to schedule delivery apt) * Following up daily to ensure customers shipments have been picked up and delivered * Typing up Bills of lading * Ensuring all paperwork is received for shipments that have been scheduled * Working on emails and our Company program Job Type: Full-time Pay: $43,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: Remote
