Ruby Logistics LLCFreight Broker / Sales Agent – Remote Company: Ruby Logistics LLC Location: Fully Remote Ruby Logistics is looking for experienced freight brokers / sales agents with an existing book of business or active shipper accounts to join our team. This is a sales-focused role for someone who already has customer relationships and wants a reliable logistics partner to handle the operational side of moving their freight. What You'll Do Bring and manage your existing shipper accounts Develop and grow new customer relationships Maintain communication with your customers Identify additional freight opportunities within your accounts Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. What Ruby Logistics Handles You focus on your customers and sales — we'll help handle the freight. Our team can assist with: Carrier sourcing and capacity Rate negotiations Dispatch and shipment coordination Tracking and shipment updates Documentation Issue resolution Claims assistance LTL, FTL, reefer, flatbed, expedited and other transportation needs Requirements Must have existing shipper accounts / book of business Freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or 3PL sales experience preferred Strong customer relationships Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Ability to generate and maintain profitable freight Why Ruby Logistics?
