Are self-motivated, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Manage shipments from pickup through delivery. Prospect and develop new shipper accounts. Source, qualify, and negotiate with carrier partners HIRING PROCESS Interview — experience, specialties, book of business, relationships. Verification — recent GP, customers, loads, margins, carrier relationships, references. Trial period — measurable activity and actual business production before giving them significant autonomy or a large commission split. What We Offer Competitive commission structure based on experience and production: New Agents: 50–60% Experienced Agents: 60–70% High-Producing Agents: 70–80% PERFORMANCE based BONUSES Safety BONUSES Industry-leading load board access.
