FREIGHT AGENT – EXISTING BOOK OF BUSINESS Valiant Freight Solutions Freight is business. Relationships are personal. Valiant Freight Solutions is a growing freight and logistics company seeking experienced Freight Agents with an established book of business who want more than just another agent position. This is an opportunity to become involved with Valiant at the ground level and grow alongside the company as we build our customer base, reputation, and national presence. We aren’t looking to simply bring agents on and collect a percentage of their business. We want to invest in our agents as much as they invest in Valiant. As the company grows, we want the people who helped build it to grow with us. THE OPPORTUNITY This position is designed for an experienced freight professional who already has active shipper relationships and wants the freedom to continue developing their book while becoming part of a company in its early growth stage. You’ll have the opportunity to establish yourself within Valiant early, build long-term customer relationships, grow your revenue, and help shape the culture and direction of the company as we expand. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Established and transferable book of shipper business Existing customer relationships and active freight opportunities Freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or freight sales experience Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow Strong communication and customer-service skills Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Commitment to ethical business practices and excellent service Someone interested in growing with Valiant long-term COMPENSATION 75/25 Commission Split Agents receive 75% of the applicable agent-side commission/revenue, with 25% retained by Valiant Freight Solutions, subject to the terms of the agent agreement. There is no cap on earning potential. As your book of business grows, so does your earning potential.
