We provide transportation solutions for Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments with an unwavering commitment to customer service, communication, and efficient load coordination. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Freight Broker to join our team and help expand our network of customers and carriers. Job Activities: * Client Prospecting and Acquisition: Actively search for new companies requiring logistics services. * Pricing and Commercial Negotiation: Calculate rates, present proposals, and close agreements with clients. * Logistics Coordination and Assignment: Supervise the operation, ensuring the cargo is assigned to the correct transport provider and arrives on time. * Monitoring and Customer Service: Follow up on shipments and resolve any questions or issues the client may encounter during the process. Qualifications: * Must have an existing and active client portfolio (USA only). * Previous experience in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or a related field. * Knowledge of FTL and/or LTL transport. * Experience in client prospecting and business development. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships. * Great organizational and follow-up skills. * Advanced English proficiency is required. * Spanish language skills are a plus. Compensation: Exclusively commission-based structure, allowing you to maximize your income based on your performance. WE DO NOT OFFER A BASE SALARY .
