Position: Owner-Operator (26’ Box Trucks, Flatbeds, Hotshots & Dry Vans) (No MC Required) Job Summary Green House Logistics is seeking experienced owner-operators with 26’ box trucks, flatbeds, hotshots, and dry vans looking to lease on under our authority. This opportunity is ideal for independent drivers who own their equipment and maintain their own commercial insurance but do not have their own MC authority. We provide access to dedicated and spot freight throughout Virginia and surrounding states, with opportunities for local, regional, and over-the-road (OTR) freight depending on equipment type and availability. Responsibilities Safely operate your own commercial truck and trailer Pick up and deliver freight on time while maintaining excellent customer service Properly secure and transport cargo according to industry standards Communicate with dispatch throughout each shipment Complete Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and required paperwork accurately Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Comply with all applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with customers and brokers Qualifications Must own a 26’ box truck, flatbed, hotshot, or dry van Active commercial auto insurance (cargo insurance may be required depending on equipment) Valid driver’s license (CDL required when applicable) Clean driving record Previous freight, expedited, flatbed, hotshot, or OTR experience preferred Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic Ready to run and accept load opportunities What We Offer Lease-on opportunity under Green House Logistics’ authority Weekly settlements Dedicated and spot freight opportunities Local, regional, and OTR lanes Experienced dispatch support Access to top broker and shipper freight Flexible scheduling Opportunities to grow with an expanding carrier network Important: This is not a company-driver position.
