Freight Agent - Bring Your Book of Business

Logistics Worldwide (Bold City Logistics, LLC) is a Jacksonville, Florida freight brokerage and 3PL (MC 662433) arranging full truckload, LTL, flatbed, refrigerated, specialized, expedited, intermodal and drayage freight for shippers nationwide. Our owner built and ran the BlueGrace Logistics office in Jacksonville before founding Logistics Worldwide, and he still works the floor every day. We are adding experienced freight agents who already have shipper relationships and want a brokerage that treats them like a partner, not a number. You bring the customers. We bring the authority, the technology, the carrier network, the back office, and a leadership team you can reach in one call. Compensation: Commission split based on your current book of business. Uncapped. Agents pay their own business expenses. What you will do Transition your existing shipper accounts to Logistics Worldwide within 60 days Prospect and onboard new shippers by phone, email and online tools Run your freight full desk: quote, book, track and deliver Negotiate rates and grow margin between your customers and our carrier network Build and keep strong shipper and carrier relationships Resolve problems fast and keep clean performance reporting What you bring 3+ years as a freight agent or broker An existing book of business producing at least $175,000 in annual gross profit Ability to move that book within 60 days No active non-compete (you will sign ours) Working knowledge of a TMS, HubSpot CRM, DAT, Truckstop and Microsoft Office Self-motivated, honest, and obsessed with customer service What we provide Transportation management system (TMS) with online LTL quoting, booking and tracking Company email and company phone DAT and Truckstop load boards HubSpot CRM Active MC authority, carrier vetting through Descartes MyCarrierPortal, and a back office that handles billing, collections and carrier payables Direct access to ownership, with decisions made the same day Work arrangement Remote, local to Jacksonville, or transfer your office.
