Freezer Reach Truck Operator

Position Overview Support community nourishment by replenishing warehouse product levels to ensure accessibility and efficient operations. Responsibilities Include Operating stand-up forklift/reach truck to move merchandise within the warehouse Tracking inventory with handheld devices and technology Stacking, rotating, and replenishing merchandise to fulfill orders Staging finished products and loading/unloading trailers Adhering to safety protocols and handling materials safely Qualifications & Skills Experience operating material handling equipment, particularly reach trucks/stand-up forklifts Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures Team-oriented with a focus on helping others Physical capability to lift and handle products weighing 1-60 lbs, often from floor to overhead Compensation & Benefits Starting at $19/hour plus incentive pay Paid training, weekly pay, and benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision, 401k match) Paid PTO and holiday pay, safety shoe allowance, career growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, employee discounts, and assistance programs Work Environment: Includes cold storage areas from -20° to 0°.
