Responsibilities Engage with customers proactively to understand their preferences and recommend suitable fragrances and beauty products. Conduct product demonstrations and provide makeup application tips to enhance customer satisfaction. Build strong client relationships through personalized service, follow-up communication, and loyalty initiatives. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and usage instructions. Manage retail transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems like Millennium or similar software, including cash handling and sales data entry. Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and promoting new or promotional items. Keep the store organized through stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory management while adhering to safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales, client services, or beauty & cosmetics sales with a focus on fragrances preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Millennium or equivalent retail software; experience with cashiering is a plus. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele. Knowledge of cosmetology or makeup application techniques is advantageous. Ability to analyze sales data to meet or exceed sales targets and support business growth. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor at the front desk or reception area. Basic math skills for retail math calculations, stock management, and cash handling procedures. Experience with social media management is a bonus for promoting products and engaging clients online.
