Korfshore is expanding its North American commercial organisation and is seeking an accomplished senior executive to help build our presence across the Transport, Logistics & Supply Chain sector . This is not a conventional salaried sales position . It is a fractional, performance-led executive opportunity for someone who combines deep Transport & Logistics industry relationships with experience across enterprise sales, outsourcing, managed services, consulting or technology-enabled services . We are particularly interested in executives who have spent years building trusted relationships across the sector and understand both the operational pressures facing logistics businesses and how complex service solutions are developed and sold. The Opportunity Transport and logistics organisations are under increasing pressure to improve productivity, manage labour costs, access specialist capability, modernise operations and scale without continuously adding fixed overhead. Korfshore helps organisations address these challenges through BPO, managed operations, strategic workforce solutions, specialist global delivery and evolving AI-augmented operating models . Our approach does not begin with selling offshore resources. It begins by understanding the business: Where are operational bottlenecks constraining growth? Where are labour and overhead costs increasing? Which functions are difficult to scale? Where is specialist talent difficult to access? Which workflows could be redesigned, automated or delivered differently? Your role is to create those executive-level conversations and identify where Korfshore can create measurable value. Your Mandate As our Fractional VP – Strategic Growth for Transport & Logistics, you will: Activate and expand your existing network across Transport, Logistics, Freight, 3PL, Supply Chain, Warehousing and Distribution. Develop relationships with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CIOs, supply-chain executives and other senior decision-makers. Originate and develop enterprise commercial opportunities. Identify operational, workforce, technology, cost and scalability challenges that Korfshore can help solve. Lead consultative discovery conversations rather than traditional product-led selling. Work with Korfshore's global leadership and delivery specialists to design appropriate commercial solutions. Develop opportunities across BPO, managed services, finance and accounting, customer operations, back-office functions, specialist workforce and technology-enabled operations. Progress opportunities from initial relationship through qualification, solution development, negotiation and close. Identify strategic alliances, referral channels and industry partnerships. Represent Korfshore credibly within your professional network and the broader Transport & Logistics market. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate brings a mixed commercial skill set , rather than experience in only one discipline. You will likely have: Significant experience within Transport, Logistics, Freight, Supply Chain, 3PL, Warehousing, Distribution or related services. A strong existing network of senior industry relationships. Proven enterprise business development or strategic-account experience. Experience with BPO, outsourcing, managed services, consulting, technology services or transformation solutions . The ability to understand complex operational problems and translate them into commercial opportunities. Strong C-suite presence and consultative selling capability.
