Leads provided from day one! **Previous sales experience with heavy-duty or forklift tires is required for this position** As a Forklift Tire Sales Representative , you’ll use your expertise to grow our industrial tire and related service business, develop new B2B accounts, and strengthen existing customer relationships. We Offer: Competitive base salary and uncapped performance-based incentives Vehicle allowance, laptop, and cell phone Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays 401(k) w/company match Medical/Dental/Vision & Employer-Paid Life/Employer-Paid Short-Term Disability Opportunity to develop professionally and advance within the company Qualifications: 2-5 years of outside sales experience (industrial and/or heavy duty required) Proven track record of new account development and strong negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Point of Sale Systems Leadership skills and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability Valid Driver's License, insurable by company standards, and ability to pass background check and drug screen Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales plan to retain current and/or obtain new business Prospect and qualify potential new customers Design proposals that align with customer needs and budget Assist with onboarding new clients and managing customer accounts Conduct quarterly fleet surveys and support branch operations as needed Skills and Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and customer service-oriented Strong skills in MS Office Suite and the ability to learn and operate other software (AS400, SAP, BTN, etc.) Must have strong, organizational, and time management skills Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to multi-task, work effectively under pressure and time constraints Requires the ability to identify new opportunities for growth Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and business insight Why Join Us?
