Our products help customers equip and organize their operations, from racking and workbenches to electric forklifts, pallet jacks, and stackers. About The Role TOPREGAL U.S. is seeking a mechanically skilled Forklift Technician to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electric forklifts and other material handling equipment. This position also supports warehouse operations, with a focus on safe equipment handling, accurate documentation, and timely completion of work. What You Will Do Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on electric forklifts and other material handling equipment. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and component replacements according to manufacturer instructions and company procedures. Use diagnostic equipment, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to identify faults and verify repairs. Inspect batteries, charging systems, controls, and related components within the scope of assigned training. Document inspections, troubleshooting findings, repairs, and parts used in the company ERP system. Identify unsafe equipment conditions and report issues requiring further evaluation. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow established safety procedures. Support receiving, shipping, order preparation, inventory organization, and product staging as needed. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment after completing required training and company authorization. Coordinate with team members to complete repairs and prepare customer orders on schedule.
