Forklift Technician

Fitzgerald Equipment Company is a family owned company who has been operating for 60 years in the Rockford area. We are looking for a talented individual material handling equipment repair and maintenance to join our close knit team. This individual must be willing to travel from job site to job site with a company provided vehicle. Preferred repair and maintenance experience (not required) in the following: Forklifts Arial lifts Sweeper/scrubbers Personnel Carrier Docks levelers Responsibilities: Repairing, maintaining & troubleshooting any issues on the above equipment in a timely matter. Ability to communicate with customers & other members of the team. Requirements: Highschool diploma or equivalent. Valid drivers licenses Good driving record Must be able to pass a lift test of 50lbs or more. *Starting pay rate is based off experience and will be reviewed after 90 day probational period.
