Forklift/Reach Truck Operator- 2nd Shift

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse distribution tasks, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring the safe handling of goods. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth shipping, receiving, and inventory processes, supporting our commitment to excellence in logistics. Second Shift Hours are Monday - Friday and 3:00pm-11:30pm. Duties Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, reach trucks, order pickers, and other heavy equipment to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently Pick, pack, and process orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness Handle materials with care during shipping and receiving activities, including heavy lifting and proper stacking of goods Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by properly storing items on pallets or shelves Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment to support accurate record-keeping Follow OSHA safety guidelines and mechanical procedures during all operations to promote a safe workplace Support warehouse supervision by adhering to operational protocols for load & unload procedures and materials handling Requirements Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks; certification preferred Understanding of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment operation Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety protocols Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and load & unload activities Join us as a Warehouse Operator to be an integral part of a dedicated team committed to operational excellence.
