Forklift Parts Specialist – Parts Sales & Customer Service

Full-Time Position | Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Nationwide Lift Trucks, a Toyota Forklift Dealer, is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Parts Department Associate to join our Hollywood team. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate understands the importance of supporting our service technicians, providing excellent customer service, and keeping daily parts operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Assist in-house and road service technicians with parts requests, quotes, and orders. Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional assistance to customers and technicians. Work closely with the Service Department to ensure parts are available when needed. Research, identify, quote, order, receive, and issue parts accurately. Maintain accurate inventory records and organized parts locations. Receive daily and stock orders, verifying quantities and part numbers against purchase orders. Keep shelves, bins, and storage areas clean, organized, and properly labeled. Assist front-counter customers and outside service technicians. Follow established inventory procedures and maintain accurate documentation. Communicate with coworkers, vendors, and other branches to locate parts and follow up on orders. Monitor pending orders and backorders to ensure timely communication and follow-through. Qualifications & Skills Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential. Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Comfortable answering phones and assisting customers and technicians. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a busy environment. Willingness to learn, ask questions, and follow company procedures. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Previous experience in forklift parts, automotive parts, heavy equipment, or dealership parts operations is a plus. Training Provided We provide training on our ELC and SAP systems , along with company procedures and daily Parts Department operations.
