Forklift Parts and Warehouse Support

A forklift parts/warehouse support member ensures smooth operations by receiving, sorting, picking and staging inventory. They maintain inventory accuracy, inspect incoming parts for damage or defects. The role requires high organization, safety compliance, and ability to work in a faster-paced environment. Key Responsibilities · Receiving parts deliveries: Assisting in unloading incoming inventory, inspecting product for damage or defects, and verifying counts against BOL/Packing list, process returns and restocking fees · Order fulfillment: Picking and staging orders, noticing the location for technicians · Warehouse Maintenance: Organizing storage areas, keeping warehouse clean, and complying with all safety regulations · Inventory: Completing routine cycle counts, verifying bin locations of parts, random spot check inventory weekly including shop liquids, make sure parts are charged out correctly on work orders · Checking in/out company equipment/supplies: Checking in and out tools, diagnostic testing equipment, power pack, LPG tanks, shops liquids · Service truck inventory: Once applicable make sure truck inventory is correct · Answering phones or greeting customers · Assist with other departments if needed · Other duties as assigned Required skills and qualifications Physical stamina: Ability to lift heavy items, walk, or stand for extended periods of time Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and proper documentation Technical Skills: Computer skills, phone knowledge, excel, software Teamwork & Communication: Effectively working with team members Experience: High School diploma or GED, prior warehouse experience preferred, general parts knowledge is a plus Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
