Forklift Operators

Overview We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for safely operating various types of heavy equipment, including forklifts, c to facilitate efficient materials handling, order picking, shipping, and receiving processes. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and mechanical knowledge to ensure smooth and safe operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities * Perform order picking using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to fulfill customer orders accurately. Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensuring proper documentation and inventory control. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Support warehouse management in materials handling tasks, including stacking, organizing, and storing inventory. Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to optimize workflow and productivity. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse area. Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or shipping & receiving roles. Proficiency with forklift operation, including experience with heavy equipment operation and mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and OSHA safety standards. * Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
