Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker

Job Overview North American Electric, Inc., an industry leader in Electric Motors, and Motor Controls design and manufacturing, is looking for a full time Warehouse Worker/Forklift Operator to join our team. The right candidate will be able to lift between 20 and 80 pounds, demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills, be ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have sit-down forklift experience while adhering to good safety practices. This position is day shift and located in our Hernando, MS facility. Responsibilities will include: · Load and unload trucks with forklift in a safe and timely manner. · Operates equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and RF scanner. · Accurately places stock in assigned area. · Identify and report damaged product · Pull and prepare product for shipment according to customer specifications. · General housekeeping duties in warehouse to maintain a safe and orderly environment. · May perform other duties as assigned Requirements: - A High School Diploma or GED. - Minimum 1 year Sit-down forklift experience / license - Minimum 1 year RF Scanning experience - Live inventory (bin location) experience - Pick-Pack-Ship experience - Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions.
