Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker
SIP Industries***Must speak Spanish** The Forklift Operator will ensure the safe and efficient operation of sit-down forklift equipment to move, load, and unload shipments of various sizes while maintaining a fast-paced, team-oriented, and safety-driven environment. Summary of Essential Job Functions Pick and prepare material for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to load counts. Verify load accuracy, inspect for product damage, and report discrepancies as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all work instructions, safety procedures, and workplace policies. Comply with OSHA and SDS standards. Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any issues immediately. Communicate concerns or issues promptly to warehouse leads or management. Perform other duties as assigned. Special Position Requirements Must be willing to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 pounds Flexibility to work 10 hours Valid Driver's license. Experience handling, storing, loading, unloading, and inventory management Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced industrial Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 56.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
