Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker

Job Summary Join our warehouse team as a Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker and keep products moving safely and accurately. You’ll operate lift trucks and other material handling equipment to receive, store, pick, and ship goods. Your impact: Safe, accurate handling helps warehouse teams maintain reliable inventory and helps customers receive the right orders on time. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, Hi-Los, reach trucks, clamp trucks, order pickers, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks as assigned; follow forklift safety protocols, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, and production safety standards. Load and unload shipments, move materials, and complete order picking using barcode scanning for logistics. Support shipping and receiving, warehouse distribution, and daily warehouse operations. Update inventory records in a warehouse management system and report discrepancies. Perform routine equipment checks, report repair needs, and follow safe manual handling practices, including when heavy lifting is required. Qualifications Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse management and inventory management practices are preferred; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, not required. Demonstrated material handling equipment operation, forklift, or heavy equipment operation experience is preferred. Able to follow safety procedures, handle materials carefully, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving loads. Basic math skills and attention to detail for order, barcode, and inventory accuracy. Familiarity with order picking, shipping and receiving, and warehouse distribution is helpful.
