Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker
ConfidentialJob Summary The Warehouse Agent is responsible for receiving, stocking, inventory management, order pulling, and shipping customer-owned materials. This position also requires completing all system transactions associated with assigned duties using the appropriate customer-specific system. Major Duties and Responsibilities Receive, select, stock, inventory, and ship supplies, merchandise, and equipment. Load and unload materials, including serialized electronics and other specialized items. Understand and meet the service-level agreements (SLAs) for assigned accounts. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control. Prepare less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments. Use transportation management systems (TMS) and understand bills of lading (BOLs). Follow all warehouse procedures and safety regulations. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of related warehouse experience is required. Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order pulling. Knowledge of proper storage and material-handling techniques. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations. Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS). Ability to safely load, unload, lift, and move warehouse materials. Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification. Three or more years of related warehouse experience. Experience handling and shipping serialized electronics. Familiarity with LTL shipping, TMS platforms, and BOLs. Experience is required. Please do not apply if you do not have relevant warehouse experience.
