Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker

Overview Join the warehouse team as a Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker and keep products moving safely and accurately. You’ll support warehouse operations and distribution by handling materials, fulfilling orders, and assisting with shipping and receiving. Your impact: Accurate order picking and inventory handling help coworkers prepare complete, timely shipments for customers. Duties Operate forklifts, lift trucks, Hi-Los, reach trucks, clamp trucks, order pickers, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks as assigned. Load and unload shipments; move, stage, and store products using safe materials-handling and manual-handling practices. Pick orders, scan barcodes for logistics, and update inventory in a warehouse management system. Support shipping and receiving, inventory management, and general warehouse tasks. Follow forklift safety protocols, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, and production safety standards; report equipment issues and assist with basic equipment repair as authorized. Experience Warehouse experience and knowledge of warehouse operations, distribution, and inventory management are preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other material-handling equipment is preferred; relevant equipment may include heavy equipment. Able to perform basic math, handle physical work including heavy lifting, and follow safe operating procedures. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, but not required.
