JOB DESCRIPTION: Forklift Operator / Warehouse Worker Job Title: Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate Location: Coppell, Texas, TX 75019, USA Number of Openings: 35 Candidates Required: 35 Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Overtime Rate: $27.00 per hour Double-Time Rate: $36.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift — 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends Employment Type: Contract / Temp-to-Hire Start Date: To be confirmed Job Summary We are hiring 35 qualified and dependable Forklift Operators / Warehouse Associates for warehouse operations in Coppell, Texas, ZIP code 75019. Candidates will support daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, loading and unloading, order picking, inventory management, and material handling. Applicants with sit-down forklift experience, warehouse experience, and a strong commitment to workplace safety are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Operate sit-down forklifts and other authorized material-handling equipment safely. Load and unload shipments, pallets, products, and warehouse materials. Receive, inspect, store, and organize incoming inventory. Pick, pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Move materials between warehouse storage areas and shipping locations. Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to complete inventory and shipping transactions. Assist with packing, labeling, shipping, and receiving operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet daily operational targets. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, forklift, material-handling, or shipping and receiving experience. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required. Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work the assigned first shift and occasional weekends when needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous sit-down forklift operating experience. Valid forklift certification or documented operator training, as applicable. Experience with warehouse inventory systems and order picking. Experience in shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading. Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and material-handling procedures. Screening Requirements Seven-year background check. 10-panel drug screening.
