Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate – Mansons USA Pay $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience and equipment certifications Schedule Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; overtime as needed Type Full-time, hourly (non-exempt) Location 2104 French Settlement Rd, Dallas, TX 75212 (on-site) Reports to Operations Supervisor About Mansons USA Mansons International is a family-owned global manufacturer of commercial vehicle components — suspension and NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) components — serving customers in more than 60 countries. We are opening our first U.S. Distribution Center in Dallas. This is a ground-floor opportunity: you will be part of the founding warehouse team and help set the standards for how this building runs. The Role We're hiring a Forklift Operator who can do it all. You'll run a Raymond counterbalance and a Raymond order picker, and you'll also work every step of the warehouse flow — receiving, putaway, picking, packing and shipping. In a lean, new team, everyone pitches in wherever the work is. What You'll Do Forklift operations Operate a Raymond counterbalance forklift to unload containers and trailers, move pallets and load outbound shipments Operate a Raymond order picker to pick and put away product at height in racked aisles Complete Mansons' in-house certification on both trucks, plus daily pre-shift inspections and battery charging Receiving Unload inbound containers and trailers; check counts and condition against packing lists and POs Receive product in the system with an RF scanner, label pallets and put away to assigned locations Picking and packing Pick customer orders accurately by case and by piece using an RF scanner Pack, label and palletize orders so they arrive undamaged Shipping Stage, wrap and load outbound LTL and parcel shipments Print shipping labels and paperwork, and verify each order before it leaves the dock Inventory and safety Support cycle counts, replenishment and location audits Keep aisles, docks and work areas clean and organized Follow OSHA and company safety rules at all times; report hazards and damage right away What You Bring Required 1+ year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution center Experience with RF scanners and a warehouse management system (WMS) Willingness to work overtime as needed, including occasional extended days during peak periods Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check High school diploma or GED Preferred Experience on both a counterbalance and an order picker (stand-up or Raymond equipment a plus) Experience across receiving, picking, packing and shipping Physical demands Lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly Stand, walk, bend and reach for an 8-hour shift Work at height on an order picker with fall protection Work in a warehouse with seasonal temperature swings Why Join Us $20 – $24/hour with a steady Monday – Friday day shift — no nights, no weekends as standard Competitive benefits package A brand-new distribution network and the chance to grow with it as we expand How to Apply Apply with your resume and a short note on your forklift experience, including which equipment you're certified on.
