Forklift Operator / Shipper Receiver – Order Picker Company: Talent Tree Partners Location: Oakville, ON Talent Tree Partners is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator / Shipper Receiver for a spice and food manufacturing warehouse in Oakville. Candidates must have valid forklift certifications, experience operating multiple types of warehouse equipment, and strong computer skills. Candidates with SAP experience will receive priority consideration. Schedule Monday to Friday. Must be available for either shift: Morning: 6:30 AM–2:00 PM Afternoon: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM Overtime opportunities, including most Saturdays during busy periods, when requested by management. Responsibilities Pick, pack and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Use RF scanners, handheld devices and tablets for order picking and inventory tasks. Receive, verify and put away incoming inventory. Complete shipping and receiving documentation and system transactions. Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems and SAP. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts. Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment. Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse. Identify ways to improve efficiency and perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Requirements Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving or order-picking experience. Valid certifications and operating experience for: Electric Counterbalance Narrow Aisle Reach Order Picker Low Lift Walkie Stacker Low Lift Walkie Pallet Truck Valid Fall Protection certification. Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Computer proficiency, including data entry and navigating warehouse software. Experience using RF scanners, handheld devices and tablets. SAP experience is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling and repetitive tasks. Reliable transportation to and from work. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Work Environment Spice and food manufacturing facility with strong spice smells. CSA-approved safety shoes are required.
