Forklift Operator - Night Shift

Barco Materials Handling, manufacturers of high quality pallets, skids and crates in both hardwood and softwood. We are hands on business with more than 45 years experience. Currently seeking an experienced Forklift Driver for our night shift. Responsible for stocking machines, removing product, quality checks on product, banding and/or painting finished product, loading trailers and other duties as assigned. Inside driving with some outside driving in yard to find and store materials and product. The successful candidate will also act as a float between machines with cross-training to better support the business. Night shift: Monday - Thursday 7:15pm - 6:30am. Forklift Operator Qualifications: 3rd party License/Certification required. In house certification also accepted. Must be capable of heavy lifting up to a maximum of 50 pounds per individual Experience preferred (Linde Hydrostatic) Proven skills including loading and unloading outside in all-weather Dedicated individual with organizational skills Fast paced and energetic individual Ability to multi-task Self-starter Starting rate of $24.00 an hour + extra dollar/hr incentive attendance bonus Benefits after 3 months Candidate must be flexible for end of shift times Barco Materials Handling Ltd. is committed to employment equity and encourages applications from women, visible minorities, Aboriginal peoples and persons with disabilities.
