Forklift Operator/Material Handler-Reachlift and Walkir

Job Summary We are seeking a safety-conscious Forklift Operator/Material Handler to support daily warehouse distribution operations. This role involves moving, storing, and retrieving materials, fulfilling orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Must be fully licenced with reachlift and walkie Designatio. The position requires careful equipment operation, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a physically active role that may involve standing, walking, and heavy lifting throughout the shift. Reasonable accommodations may be available for qualified individuals. Responsibilities Operate a Raymond reach forklift , and walkie fork to move, load, unload, and store products safely. Pick, stage, and prepare materials for shipment or internal distribution, verifying items and quantities against order documents. Complete order picking tasks accurately while following warehouse procedures and safety guidelines. Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials; report damaged, missing, or incorrectly labeled items. Use a warehouse management system to record material movements, update inventory, and process orders. Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns; apply mechanical knowledge to identify routine operating issues. Use basic math to verify quantities, counts, and inventory information. Keep work areas organized and clear, and follow established procedures for safe material handling and storage. Coordinate with warehouse and distribution team members to meet workflow and order-fulfillment needs. Experience Raymond reach lift and walkie experience is a must. Previous experience in warehouse distribution , material handling, or a similar warehouse role is preferred. Experience operating a forklift , clamp truck , or order picker is an asset. Any required equipment certifications must be current or obtained as a condition of employment. Familiarity with a warehouse management system and order-picking processes is preferred. Basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions are required. A strong commitment to safe work practices, reliability, and teamwork is expected.
