We also offer 401k, PTO, production bonus, and safety shoe reimbursement. Schedule: Sunday night through Thursday Morning 8pm to 6 am and the 5th day for overtime. Hourly $21.00 to $25.00 per hour which includes $2.00 shift premium What you need to be successful at Metal Components: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and plan daily/weekly work schedule with supervisor, immediately addressing any issues or concerns. Ability to listen to, read and follow instructions from supervisor Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Opens containers using steel cutters or other hand tools. Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves. Loads and unloads materials on and off vehicles and installs or removes strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit. Conveys materials to or from storage or work sites to designated areas, using hand trucks, or other device. Secures lifting attachments to materials and conveys load to destination, using hand-operated crane or hoist to destination. Can comprehend and perform basic computer operation as needed to document product receipt, product shipment, and product invoicing. Labels material to properly identify for storage as requirements dictate for raw stock or work in process. Move material from “hold” areas only after being released by Quality Assurance.
