Position Summary We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This role is critical to the efficient flow of goods through our facility and plays a key role in supporting our broader supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating powered material-handling equipment to move, store, stage, and ship freight in a warehouse and cross-dock environment. Key Responsibilities Safely unload inbound shipments and move product to designated staging areas Stack, store, and retrieve freight using powered industrial equipment Assist drivers during load-out and dispatch activities Ensure the correct quantity and type of product is loaded and shipped Move freight between staging areas, storage locations, and trailers Verify bills of lading against freight received and shipped Meet operational schedules to ensure timely movement of materials Operate all equipment in accordance with safety policies and procedures Complete daily forklift and equipment inspections Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support additional warehouse duties as operational needs require Required Qualifications & Skills Valid forklift certification from an accredited training provider Including Order Picker, Reach, Counterbalance, and/or Dock Stocker Fall Arrest certification required Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse distribution or cross-dock environment Previous experience using RF scanners Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness Mechanical aptitude to complete daily equipment checks Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Clear verbal and written communication skills Positive, reliable, and self-motivated work ethic Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to50 lbs without restriction Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, traffic) Willingness to work irregular or extended hours as required by operational demands Education Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent Performance Expectations Demonstrates professionalism, respect, and inclusivity toward all employees Works effectively as part of a team Displays strong energy, engagement, and reliability Understands and supports QRC Logistics’ Mission, Vision, and Values Why Join QRC Logistics?
