Forklift Operator/Material Handler

Job Title: Paver Hauler & Material Loader Company: PHX Pavers Installation Position Overview PHX Pavers Installation is seeking a dependable, hardworking Paver Hauler & Material Loader to support our field crews and daily operations. This position is responsible for transporting pavers and job materials, loading and unloading trucks, organizing materials, and ensuring crews have what they need to keep projects moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities Load and unload pavers, pallets, sand, base material, and other construction materials. Transport pavers and materials to and from job sites, yards, and suppliers. Operate forklifts, skid steers, loaders, and other equipment when qualified. Assist with organizing and maintaining the material yard. Verify material quantities and ensure deliveries match job requirements. Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized. Help prepare materials and equipment for upcoming projects. Communicate with project managers, foremen, and field crews regarding material needs. Follow all safety procedures when handling materials and operating equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience hauling construction materials preferred. Ability to lift and move heavy materials. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather conditions. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. What We Expect Show up on time and ready to work.
