Forklift Operator - LTL Loader

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Forklift Operator - LTL Loader to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading freight using various types of material handling equipment, ensuring safety standards are maintained throughout all operations. Your expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, and equipment operation will contribute to smooth warehouse distribution processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, and excellence are the baseline. Responsibilities Be able to perform manual labor (up to and including lifting 70 lbs). Operate a forklift safely, efficiently and proficiently. Be punctual, thorough and accountable in an independent working environment. Learn/Comply with our system (from manifests to the dock layout). Work safely in a fast paced environment until the job is complete. Have a hands-on positive attitude. Work a pallet jack and hand dolly. Operate within the guidelines of OSHA and the DOT. Load at least 10 units a night with extreme accuracy.
