Position: Forklift Operator II Location: Kenosha, WI Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:45 PM - 12:15 AM Pay: $22 per hour ($21 base pay + $1 shift differential) Your Role On The Team As a key member of our distribution team, you will handle the essential tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Warehouse Operations: Safely and efficiently move, stack, and stage products using a forklift and other powered equipment. You'll also prepare and pack products for outbound shipment and conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy. Inventory and Systems: Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld RF scanners to process shipments, maintain precise inventory records, and ensure our data is always accurate. Safety and Compliance: Champion a culture of safety by completing all required training, following all safety protocols (including 5S practices), and properly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You will also safely handle materials and perform routine pre-use inspections to maintain your equipment.
