Warehouse Associate – Job Description & Application Position Overview American Diamond Logistics – Grand Prairie is hiring a Forklift Operator for warehouse work. Starting pay is $19.50/hour, increasing to $21.00/hour after a successful 90-day performance review. Detail Information Company American Diamond Logistics – Fort Worth Location 15277 North Fwy Suite 100 Fort Worth TX 76177 Position Warehouse Associate Starting pay $19.50 per hour Pay after 90-day review $21.00 per hour Schedule / shift Monday-Friday 7am-4pm with Occasional OT Responsibilities If Certified, Operate sit-down, reach, clamp, and or EPJ safely to load, unload, move, and stage freight Load and unload trailers and containers accurately and efficiently Receive and Put away, and retrieve inventory in racking and assigned locations Pick, stage, and verify orders against paperwork or RF scanner Perform daily pre-shift forklift safety inspections and report defects Keep aisles, docks, and work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free Report damaged freight, inventory discrepancies, and safety concerns to the Requirements At least 18 years old 6+ months of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution setting . Must have experience with Sit down, Reach, Clamp, and Ability to lift up to 50 and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Basic reading, counting, and RF scanner skills Reliable attendance and transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Notes In addition to operating a forklift (if certified), team members are expected to perform a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving inbound shipments, picking orders, and conducting cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
