We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse receiving, loading, unloading, storage, and shipping operations. We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious, and hard-working team members who are interested in stable, long-term employment. Job Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely for daily warehouse loading, unloading, receiving, and shipping operations. Load and unload pallets, cartons, and other freight from trucks and containers. Move products between receiving areas, storage locations, staging areas, and shipping docks. Place and retrieve pallets from warehouse racks safely and accurately. Assist with container loading and unloading as needed. Verify product quantities, pallet counts, labels, and shipment information. Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for visible damage and report any issues. Follow warehouse location instructions and place freight in designated storage areas. Prepare freight for pickup, delivery, transfer, or shipment. Assist with order staging, pallet wrapping, labeling, and general warehouse organization. Perform daily forklift safety inspections before operation. Report forklift damage, mechanical issues, or safety concerns immediately. Follow company safety rules and OSHA warehouse safety requirements. Keep warehouse aisles, loading areas, and workspaces clean and organized. Work closely with warehouse supervisors, truck drivers, dispatch, and office staff. Complete basic warehouse paperwork and inventory records as required. Assist with general warehouse duties when forklift work is not required. Requirements Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience preferred. Previous warehouse, distribution center, freight, or logistics experience preferred. Forklift certification preferred; company may require or provide site-specific certification. Experience operating sit-down forklift required. Experience with stand-up forklift, reach truck, or pallet jack is a plus. Must be able to safely load and unload trucks and shipping containers. Must understand warehouse safety procedures and safe forklift operation. Able to accurately move, stack, and organize palletized freight. Able to work around trucks, trailers, containers, docks, and warehouse equipment safely. Must be responsible, punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions. Basic English communication skills preferred. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Able to work independently and as part of a warehouse team. Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties during the workday. Able to lift and move warehouse items when necessary. Strong attention to safety, inventory accuracy, and cargo handling. Willing to follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and supervisor instructions. Preferred Qualifications Experience loading and unloading containers. Experience handling palletized freight. Experience working in logistics, trucking, freight forwarding, or distribution warehouses. Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems, scanners, or shipping labels. Experience operating multiple types of forklifts. Experience working with international or containerized freight is a plus.
