Forklift Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, and transport products throughout the facility. Operator will also be responsible for loading and offloading trailers and containers. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Responsibilities Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse. Ship / Receive materials on/off trucks and containers Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods. Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to build pallets and prepare shipments for distribution. Follow OSHA regulations and company policies regarding safety practices in the warehouse. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety. Experience Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting is preferred. Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment is a plus. Experience with shipping and receiving processes is beneficial. Knowledge of crane operation is an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
