Forklift Operator

About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support our Chesterfield, VA location. You will be instrumental in our daily workflow by managing the movement of goods and materials throughout the warehouse. Core Responsibilities Maneuver, position, and organize inventory within the warehouse using forklift equipment. Execute the loading and unloading of shipping containers and trailers with high accuracy. Perform routine pre-shift and post-shift equipment checks to verify operational readiness. Support a safer workplace by keeping your assigned area tidy and orderly. Follow all established safety procedures to help maintain a secure environment for the entire team. Contribute to accurate inventory tracking by participating in routine stock audits. Work alongside colleagues to ensure all production targets and schedules are successfully met. Required Qualifications Completion of high school or an equivalent educational background is preferred. Current and valid certification for forklift operation. Demonstrated history of using forklifts within industrial or warehouse environments. Maintain a high level of precision to ensure the safety of all personnel. Capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy items. Effective communication abilities to foster strong team collaboration. Availability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including extra hours when necessary.
