Forklift Operator

Role Overview The High-Lift Operator is responsible for lifting, stacking, and handling merchandise within a distribution center using powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and order selectors. They operate equipment for at least 80% of their shift, manage full cases of products, and ensure accurate documentation to facilitate merchandise flow. Key Responsibilities Follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Use basic math to verify quantities and complete paperwork. Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS), RF scanners, and other tools. Identify products and match numbers precisely. Operate forklifts and similar equipment safely and effectively. Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 18 years old. Previous experience in a distribution setting is advantageous. Flexible and able to work across departments, locations, and overtime as needed. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and performing physical tasks like bending, twisting, and climbing. Pass power equipment training and adhere to safety standards.
