Job Details: Schedule: M–F, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (Overtime required based on business need) Pay: $21.67 Job Level: 2 What does a Forklift Operator do at Swire Coca-Cola? The incumbent moves products or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered industrial equipment and/or vehicles with an extremely high focus on safety and the safety of others. Work is conducted in a very fast-paced environment where productivity expectations are high. Responsibilities: Operate industrial vehicles and equipment to relocate products or materials within a warehouse facility. Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area to meet requirements. Efficiently load and unload palletized and/or non-palletized products / materials in or out of designated trailers and/or route trucks to meet scheduled delivery time. Ensure that products / materials are stacked, stored, and secured in compliance with regulatory/company policies and procedures Ensure proper dunnage is loaded on transport trailers to secure the load to prevent materials from tipping, falling, etc. Move product and/or materials manually as required or directed by leadership Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment Ensure proper rotation of product by BBE date codes Meet company standards for productivity Complete training requirements Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events Maintain a clean, safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: High School Diploma (or GED) required Forklift Certification within 30 days from hire required 1+ years of general warehouse experience required Must be at least 18 years of age Basic computer skills required; use of hand-held scanners / other technology Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business Ability to lift 50 pounds Apply Now and Share a Coke with Swire!
